Bulletproof Boy Scouts Suga donates 100 million won to children with cancer

Group BTS member Suga (real name Min Yoon-ki) donated 100 million won for children with childhood cancer.

On March 11, according to Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital, Suga delivered a donation of 100 million won to commemorate his 28th birthday, saying, "Please use it for the treatment of pediatric cancer patients."

Sugar said through Dongsan Hospital, "We have delivered donations with the hope that it will help a little bit in helping children who cannot receive treatment due to difficult family conditions to grow up healthy and bright."

Jochi-heum Jochi-heum, director of Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital, said, “I am very touched and thankful for the donation of Sugar. We support you to be active as an artist," he said.

It is not the first time that Suga has performed good deeds in commemoration of his birthday. In March 2018, 10kg of Korean beef grade 1++ was donated to 39 nursery schools in the name of the fan club ARMY.

When the confirmation of the donation was published online and the donation was announced late, the agency Big Hit Entertainment told NewsN, "Suga donated Korean beef to 39 nursery schools in the name of BTS' fan club ARMY on March 9th." "I donated in the name of ARMY, not in my own name, to keep my promise to the fans four years ago to buy meat," he explained.

Then, in March 2019, it donated 100 million won and 329 dolls to the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation in the name of the fan club ARMY. At the time, Suga said, "I made a donation in order to repay the love of the fans who gave me love."

It is taking the lead in national disasters. Sugar, whose hometown is Daegu, made a donation of 100 million won to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association in February last year with the desire to be a little help to those who are having a hard time due to the spread of Corona 19 infection.
