Kang Ha Neul And Chun Woo Hee Are Connected By A Heartwarming Letter In Trailer For Upcoming Film

 

Kang Haneul and Cheon Woo-hee starring in the movie ''Rain and Your Story'' (director Cho Jin-mo) have released the first trailer.

Distributors Sony Pictures Entertainment Korea Co., Ltd. and Kidari E&T Co., Ltd. released the first trailer of 'The Story of Rain and You're on the 31st. 'The Story of Rain and You' depicts the story of Youngho and Sohee, who comforted each other's lives with a single accidentally delivered letter. They made a promise with a low probability of 'Let's meet on the rainy December 31st', and their analog sensibility stands out.

The trailer, which began with Youngho's urgent cry to call a post office postman, predicts the special relationship between Youngho and Sohee, which was followed by a single letter. Young-ho, who is living a boring Samsoo life with no clear dreams or goals, reminiscents of his childhood friend So-Yeon and sends a letter recklessly. Upon receiving a letter from her sister Soyeon, Sohee responds to Youngho with some rules on behalf of her sick sister.

The appearance of Youngho and Sohee communicating by hand letter in the published trailer reminds me of the memories of those days when there were no smartphones or SNS, and evokes analog sensibility and evokes nostalgia. The stories of the two youths that make us feel the excitement of waiting, though slow to us, who are accustomed to fast communication with short texts, not only make us miss the time at that time, but also warm the hearts of the audience.
