ATEEZ, Gaon Chart 'Double Platinum' certification, 2nd place in global index

 


 Group ATEEZ received double-platinum certification in the cumulative album sales category.

Gaon Chart Platinum is a certification granted when album sales exceed 250,000 copies. Immediately after the release of 'Zero: Fever Part 2', ATEEZ set a record of surpassing 300,000 copies in Initial Chodong sales and received platinum certification. Subsequently, the same album recently achieved cumulative sales of more than 500,000 copies, recording ATEEZ's first 'Double Platinum' certification.

In addition, according to the 'Hanteo Global K-Pop Report' released by Hanteo on the afternoon of the 7th, ATEEZ ranked 2nd right after BTS in the global index rankings for the first half of 2021, attracting attention. Global index rankings are made in such a way that fans around the world directly purchase and certify albums. ATEEZ accounted for 9.94% of the total album volume certified in the first half of this year, showing a high certification rate in various countries such as the United States, France, Malaysia, and Japan.

In addition, ATEEZ was recently selected as the first in the ‘Best Male Idol Who Brightened Up the First Half of 2021’ vote held by the global K-pop fandom platform ‘Whosfan’ with the overwhelming support of about 28% out of a total of 700,000 global votes.

'Zero: Fever Part 2', which depicts the story of the members with the hottest heart in the midst of a fever, recorded 150,000 copies sold on the first day of release alone, and achieved its own record with 300,000 copies in the first week, and the iTunes top album in 36 countries. (iTunes Top Albums) chart and iTunes Top Songs chart in 20 countries, the album showed a strong presence in various domestic and foreign charts.
