Mamamoo Solar's Healthy Diet

 

Mamamoo member Solar has been reborn as the owner of a healthy and strong body for the summer.

Solar showed her changes through diet and exercise through her YouTube channel ‘Solasido’. Currently, Solar is planning a diet episode with director Yang Chi-Seung through KBS 2TV's <The Boss's Ears Are Donkey's Ears>.

  


 



Solar measured the 'three weights', which is the total weight of InBody, bench press, deadlift, and squat. The three solar units weigh 120 kg. Solar said, “They said it was a normal weight. I wanted to go beyond it, but I think that was it.” However, with 20 kg of muscle mass, I achieved 16% body fat and showed pride. 



 

Solar loses weight and gains muscle mass. Even with the naked eye, the firm body stands out. What kind of diet is Solar dieting? 

morning 

150g beef tenderloin, ssam vegetables, carrots, bean rice, radish kimchi, protein juice

lunch 

7 pieces of tofu, seaweed, carrot, squid, sweet pumpkin, perilla leaves, ssamjang

dinner

4 carrots, 6 boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, 13 blueberries, a little honey, protein juice

Nutrients

Collagen, multivitamin, vitamin C, vitamin D, seaweed, L-carnitine, lactic acid bacteria


Solar did home training one hour after breakfast, drank protein juice after two hours of exercise, and did 1,000 sit-ups and 30 minutes of aerobic exercise for abs workout again. Occasionally, there are changes to the diet, but most of the time, it is said that this is the case.
