Singer Jukjae fan club donates 9 million won worth of musical instruments to the culturally underprivileged

The Social Welfare Foundation Children Walking Together announced on the 29th that singer-songwriter and guitarist Jukjae fans donated an instrument worth 9 million won to the 'Jukjae Dream' activity.

Jokjae Dream is an activity to donate musical instruments to culturally underprivileged groups through fundraising from Jokjae fans.

This year, 'Jukjae Dream 2021, Love Guitar' was held with children walking together this year, and 39 ukuleles and 40 acoustic guitars were delivered to 16 local children's centers used by culturally underprivileged children.

Jaejoong fans said, “I hope that our hearts will become stars in the night sky that will illuminate children who are walking in search of their dreams.

Director Yoo Won-seon of Children Walking Together said, “Jukjae fans have been donating musical instruments for children for the past 3 years. Thank you,” he said.

The donation of the Jeokjae Dream instrument was possible with the cooperation of Guitar Net, the largest musical instrument distributor in Korea.

Guitarnet said that it was good to be able to participate in a meaningful donation activity and that it would like to participate again next year.

On the other hand, Jukjae is engaged in various music activities, including composing and arranging for AKMU's new album, which was released on July 26. Naver NOW also hosts the 'Jukjae's Night Workshop' at 11 pm on weekdays.

Children Who Walk Together have been running the musical instrument sharing campaign 'All Kids Gift' since 2013, and donated used and new musical instruments to welfare institutions used by children from culturally disadvantaged groups. More information about the campaign can be found on the All Kids Gift website.
