Bulletproof Boy Scouts, #1 in Oricon Weekly Streaming Rankings with Japanese New Song 'Film Out'


  Group BTS took first place in the Oricon weekly streaming rankings with their new Japanese song 'Film out'.

According to the latest Japanese Oricon chart (April 19) on the 14th, BTS' new Japanese song 'Film Out' has reached the top of the weekly streaming rankings. The chart aggregation period is April 5-11, and 'Film Out' achieved 1,167,1865 views during that period.

It is the second time BTS has surpassed 10 million weekly streaming on the chart, following the digital single 'Dynamite' released in August last year. Oricon said through the official SNS, "It is the first time in the history of a male artist that the number of weekly streaming of two songs exceeded 10 million times."

'Film Out', released on the 2nd, is continuing its record march every day. It took first place four times in the Oricon Daily Digital Singles Ranking, and was also the first to reach the top in the Weekly Digital Singles Chart. In addition, the music video of 'Film Out' exceeded 29.3 million views in 24 hours after being released on YouTube's official channel, setting a new record of '24 hours most views' in the history of BTS' original Japanese song.

'Film Out' also stood out in the US billboards beyond Japan. On Billboard's latest chart (April 17), 'Hot 100' entered 81st, 'Billboard Global 200' 5th, 'Billboard Global' (excluding the US) 3rd,' Digital Song Sales'

On the other hand, BTS is planning to release the Japanese best album 'BTS, THE BEST', which includes 'Film Out' on June 16th. In this album, the Japanese version of 'Blood Sweat & Tears', 'FAKE LOVE', 'Idol' (IDOL), 'MIC Drop', and 'ON' have been in Japan for 4 years since 2017.
