Lee Moo-jin, I hope it's not just a good song

Singer Lee Moo-jin (21) debuted in the music industry with his first self-composed sound source. Lee Moo-jin, who showed his own intense color as a singer of JTBC's 'Singer Gain' No. 63, captures the feelings of youth who have just grown up with the new song 'Traffic Light'.

Lee Moo-jin, who introduces herself, saying, "I'm Lee Moo-jin, a singer-songwriter who talks while playing guitar," has a firm idea about music. His wish was that he wanted to make the listeners soak in thoughts or tell a story, not a song.

The song 'Traffic Light' released this time contains Lee Moo-jin's twenty-year-old. It is intended to capture the complex emotions of a youth who has set foot in society for the first time in a song. For him, the 'traffic light' was as valuable as his family.

"In the process of preparing for a new student's performance when I first entered college, I decided to decorate the performance by choosing one of the seven colors of the rainbow and choosing a theme to create a song that suits it. I chose the yellow color I like and made it hard."

Through 'Singer Gain', Lee Moo-jin received hot attention for a short time. Lee Moo-jin announced his appearance as a youth star by revealing his unique hairstyle and tone, and his unique musicality that does not follow the trend.

As for the difference between before and after appearing in 'Singer Gain', Lee Moo-jin replied that the music he listened to has changed. In the past, I listened to Western band music, native jazz music, and J-pop, but recently I listen to songs that have reached TOP 100 on music streaming sites. It was because of the thought that the time has come to seriously think about the music that the public wants to listen to.

"Every time I feel this different from before, I have a strange feeling. I can't describe it in words, if it's good, if it's bad, I also have bad feelings. I think the word confusion seems to be the most suitable emotion. Slowly and healthy resolve this confusion. I'm trying to get used to it again."

Nevertheless, music like Lee Moo-jin is still in the 'story'.

"I hope my song is just a good song and doesn't run out of life. What I want to talk about in the new song is the confusion of newcomers. I've put that confusion intact in the song, which grows more and more with each passing day. I will do a lot. I want to cover a lot of topics that a lot of people can relate to."

Lee Moo-jin's 'traffic light' was revealed through the music source website on the 14th.
