BDC "Communication with Reimer is going well... I got courage from cheering"

 Group BDC reported that they had received a 'storm of praise' from Rhymer, the agency's representative, ahead of their comeback.

BDC (Kim Si-Hoon, Hong Seong-Jun, Yoon Jeong-Hwan) recently held an interview to commemorate the release of their third EP 'THE INTERSECTION: CONTACT'.

'The Intersection: Contact' is an EP filled with BDC's unique and unique music, including the Europop genre title song 'MOONLIGHT', hip-hop, electro-pop, and pop ballads. It is an album that will decorate the end of the 'The Intersection' series, which has been released since September last year and is expected to give a glimpse into the growth of BDC.

When asked what the biggest difference from the previous works was, Yoon Jung-hwan said, "If you've been performing group dance-oriented performances, this time I tried to highlight the artist side a little more. I wanted to show that they are a group that can digest multiple genres. Performance group But this time, it feels like a 'one plus one' with an artist side."

BDC is an idol group presented by the hip-hop label Brand New Music. AB6IX debuted ahead of them, and a new group with Lee Eun-sang as the main axis is expected to come out next year, but Brand New Music is known as a 'hip-hop famous song'.

When asked what strengths do you think you have as an idol group that debuted in a hip-hop company, Junghwan Yoon immediately replied, "Song quality." “I listen to a variety of music,” he said.

Kim Si-hoon also said, "Hip-hop and ballad are genres that are built on the basis of popularity. That's why they seem to give popular music to us as well. Like a hip-hop company, not only the title song but also the songs on the album are all good to listen to, and the quality is good." 

Next, Hong Seong-jun said, "Because the CEO did hip-hop, there are a lot of hip-hop people. The atmosphere is more like family rather than a stiff one. Communication with the CEO is good. The CEO really likes us and we are very cool. In that, we are courageous. You get a lot," he laughed.

If so, what advice did Rhymer give you ahead of this comeback?

Hong Seong-jun said, "Some time ago, you posted on Instagram, 'I will show you a different side of BDC'. When filming a music video or jacket, I always stay until the end. If there are shortcomings, they point out, and conversely, if there are good points, they praise me. He always reads me through. Thank you so much for telling me, 'It's going to be really good. I'm confident this time." He said to Rimmer, "I love you, CEO," and made everyone laugh.

Meanwhile, BDC's third EP 'The Intersection: Contact' will be released on the 30th at 6 PM.
