Mamamoo, the true value of vocals to show with ballad album 'WAW'

New mini album 'WAW' released on the 2nd

Group Mamamoo has a strong performance, but above all, a solid vocal is a feature. This is why we are looking forward to the new album filled with ballads.

Mamamoo will release a new mini-album 'WAW' through various music sites at 6 pm on the 2nd. 'WAW' is an abbreviation of 'Where Are We', and it contains honest thoughts and feelings about what Mamamoo has been running through for 7 years since its debut. In particular, Mamamoo filled this album with a full ballad track.

With Korea's best producer Kim Do-hoon, hitmakers such as Cosmic Girl, Lee Hu-sang, Jeon Da-un, and Park Woo-sang were in full force, and member Moonbyul participated in writing the lyrics for the b-side song 'A Memory for Life', showing off her musical ability.

As this album is composed of ballads, it is expected that Mamamoo's vocals that have been accumulated for 7 years will provide a deep and deep resonant.

The title song 'Where Are We Now' is Mamamoo's first ballad title track since their debut. Mamamoo members have been together for 7 years, and various emotions such as the fun or the hard times are put in the lyrics. Mamamoo's explosive vocals and rich harmony in the string sound that harmonizes magnificently are the point.

Mamamoo previously revealed the charm and color of four people through the 'Four Seasons Four Colors' project, and this time, Mamamoo is best known as the 'K-pop representative girl group' with the music they can do best.

Along with the release of the new mini-album 'WAW', Mamamoo will start a full-fledged '2021 Where Are We (WAW)' project such as summer concerts and documentaries. Mamamoo's 7 years will be drawn on an overwhelming scale and will continue to communicate with fans in a pandemic situation.
