MONSTA X's 'three producing idols' Hyungwon, Jooheon, and I.M unraveled a colorful story of music.

Recently, on the official YouTube channel of Rolling Stone Korea, a non-face-to-face video interview with K-pop journalist Jeff Benjamin, who is active in Billboard and Rolling Stone, and Hyungwon, Jooheon, and I.M of MONSTA X were released.

When asked about the difference between the past and this mini-album 'One Of A Kind' in the published interview, Jooheon said, "There is a difference in that part because I know the characteristics and personalities of the members and what parts should be released. I don't know, and I think that also had a big impact on the album."

Jooheon added, “As MONSTA X, we need to show our energy and message to many people and receive inspiration, so I thought a lot about how to show our energy to have a good influence on many people.”

Also, when asked what he thought when writing MONSTA X's songs, I.M said, "A person who makes a team song thinks a lot about the members first. And I try to popularize the calm and cold side that I have." also told


MONSTA X also revealed their future plans. Hyungwon replied, "I keep trying to write songs. In the case of DJing, I think that if the corona is over, I will be able to perform." Jooheon said, "Even if it's not this album, I'm still making songs, so I'm ready at any time. I want to tell you that it has been done,” he said confidently.

The three people who honestly answered about Monsta X's unique musical career, also talked about behind-the-scenes work on the song, the current status of each member, and messages they want to convey to their fans, giving them a deep charm as an artist.
